Re your footnote to Chapter 13, Oropher, his family and people left Doriath as refugees and survivors of the raid by the kin-slayers. They found sanctuary in The Greenwood and the Silvan accepted Oropher as leader. They didn't 'fall out' with the Lorien elves, who had their own rulers - Amdir followed by his son, Amroth. Celeborn and Galadriel only took over as rulers of Lothlorien after the deaths of Amdir and Amroth.

This story is just fantastic! I love the characterization you've given all the characters from canon, and I like the original characters as well. So was the "young one" of the last chapter Esendri? I'm going to be a coward and wait until the next part is finished before starting it. I really enjoy your writing style. The only thing I've noticed is that sometimes you seem to rephrase a sentence halfway through without getting rid of the last half, or some words get skipped over. Anyway, I hope you keep up the good work.

I admire your ability to weave a complicated story line. Just one suggestion: "All I see is two friends, one right before me, whom I cannot abandon, and other, lost. Possibly could be improved: "All I see are two friends; one right before me whom I cannot abandon, and another, lost."

As always, an excellent story. Just one suggestion: It was then that she noted that she was a strange cloak wrapped around her. Missing something...perhaps, "It was then she noted she had a strange cloak wrapped around her" or "It was then she noted a strange cloak was wrapped around her"

Still enjoying this -- though I wonder if the light-heartedness will return? Author Reply: Hiya, glad to see that you still like it! While the story gets darker, I think you'll enjoy the next chapter quite a bit! =) x

Why is Legolas Calling Lord Elrond Ada? Author Reply: Hi and thanks for reviewing again! It's part of the story, which will be explained later! Once again, I apologise for removing all the later chapters, but I PROMISE that it'll be a million times better once I've finished re-writing them, hopefully by the end of the year! x

Whats with the whole Yoda talk thing? ou are saying thiongs like, Served me well have you, and its driving me NUTZ! Author Reply: Really sorry about that, it's part of the reason why I'm re-writing it! I've removed the older, bad chapters so that it's not as messy, and confusing! My new material has only gone up to Chapter 16 now, and I promise there's not a single Yoda-esque phrase there! =) x

Home sweet home. Back in Lasgalen. Elrohir must have a sign on his back that says "Yell at me". I hope he cools off;). Can't wait for your next chapter! Namarie. Elf messenger Author Reply: Sometimes we tend to take the ones who care for us for granted and ill-treat them without realising it. Obviously Elrohir is one of those, and I seriously do admire his patience! =) Meanwhile, Lasgalen should provide plenty of excitement for our favourite Elves. x
