Bombur's Diet  by Primsong 5 Review(s)

Oh dear! Poor Bombur--he's forgotten, hasn't he, that he asked his cousins to help him with his fitness program. And talk about Grumpy! *tsk-tsk-tsk!*

I wonder--will the others persist? Will Bombur succeed? Or will dealing with his grouchiness just get to be too much for them!

I do love the way Bilbo is just quietly observing everything--I was quite tickled at his fascination with Bombur's fat, LOL!

Poor Bombur. Dieting is such a necessary nuisance. He is fortunate to have so many 'helpers' and 'minders'. :D Hugs, Neilia

Ah, poor Bombur, I quite like raw cabbage!

Now, this is insulting--slaw as a snack! And after all that work! Poor Bombur--love the description of him as a jelly in a bag--a worthy comparison for a Hobbit! Heh! Nah, no need for these Dwarves to make it to the inn for their evening pint, perhaps; but Bombur has achieved dimensions to impress even a Hobbit! Heh!

"Every time I think about eating I eat. It's much simpler." - Too true!!
I guess that the exercise did not got all according to plan. Such a whiner our round Dwarf is. Bilbo's observance of Bombur's movement was hilarious. I never thought to bring tea out on a walk; if it were not so hot I'd take a cue from Bilbo.
I am chorkling myself silly over the ending. Cabbage. My, my. I just got done with a cookie myself and I feel very bad for him. Of course Bombur isn't too disgusted not to eat it.
