| Oh, darling, this is not the end to hope, but the continuing of it. No hope left for healing in the Shire, but if you hadn't had hope at all of healing, you wouldn't be sailing. You are alive and while there's life, there's hope. It hasn't deserted you. Sam will grieve as you do, but he will understand, for isn't he Hope Unquenchable? You will see him again.
