The Cursed Queen of Angmar  by khazar-khum 2 Review(s)

Herumor's explanation of the water was very interesting, that it calls to them. I wonder about fire, then too.

That had to be pretty amazing for the children to see their father perform magic. This particular thing was merely fun, but his powers have to be very fearful as well.

Author Reply: They've seen him do other, more flamboyant things before. But there's a big difference between fireworks and what he's doing now, yes. Are they afraid? They're more at the "Wow! My dad can do THIS!" stage than anything else.

Somehow I missed this chapter. The material about water was interesting. I hadn't thought about it before but there has to be some reason for the Wraiths' dislike of it. This suggests that it reminds them too strongly of what they are (or were).
