I do hope you're going to give Amroth a chance to run Alheal through with a sword! What a creep. Can't leave much of a review. I need to find out what happens to Devorah.

Oh, poor Devoran! I'm glad that she got away from home, but I'm worried that she can be easily followed. However, now that she is on horseback she will go quicker than with the cart even though she had to leave so much stuff behind. I'm enjoying this very much!

Author Reply: Yes, I though that pretty sad. But I wanted to emphasis that she has nothing!

I believe things did happen that way sometimes.

Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ

Poor Devoran--I feel for her misery. Hope Amroth finds her or she runs into friendly company.

Author Reply: Friendly company - I wonder, she is bound to meet a few different people on the road. Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ.

Hi LBJ,

Well, this is an angst-inducing story! You really like making your readers bite their fingernails, don't you?

You got me emotionally involved with Devoran and Amrothos, and by the last chapter, my heart was thumping, wondering what you were going to put that poor woman through....

Looking forward to reading what happens next... well, sort of. And if those two don't end up happily married by the end of the story.... *glowers threateningly at author*

Well done!

- Barbara

Author Reply: Well, she has a bit more to contend with yet!

But hopefully I will remember to write a happy ending. LOL.

Thanks for reviewing. LBJ

Well, she is really having a bad time. It is so heartbroken to see her living her home to the unknown, at least she knows that the King will offer her protection, her family gave to much for the Kingdom and received only heartache as a reward, to see the opportunistic like her cousin receiving the benefits of the hard-won peace...make me so mad, it is so unfair.

And then, to know that the Prince really loves her, that he has his father permission and support, that he is on his way and to see Devoran going to so many problems for nothing (of course that she doesn't know...)

I hope that she contacts him as soon as she gets to the city, and now that I'm thinking, I hope that she doesn't encounter the brigands on the road...and I hope that Amroth kicks that cousin very hard and the King investigate his Lordship and help the people in the village...well I'm hoping too much, I want a happy end!!!

Thank you

Author Reply: Well, I won't say what is going to happen. It is a pity she doesn't know what Imrahil thinks - but there we are - we have her cousin to thank for putting doubts in her mind.
