Lovely story. I truly enjoyed it.

Author Reply: thank you so much. This story is also one of my favourite. I´m so glad you enjoyed it. Elrond is my favourite elf and there are much too less stories about him. Thanks for a most appreciated review. Lai

Very nice story! And very thrilling, at one stage I really thought that you were going to kill him. Which would have been a good story as well but I prefer happy endings :). Hoping to read more from you soon! Cheers!

Author Reply: thank you so much for the kind review. Truth be told I had played with the thought to kill Elrond but I like happy endings too. The next story is nearly done and hopefully to your liking too. Hope to see you there. Thank you Lai.

I have not been able to review before , but you already know how I felt about this story. But just in case you forgot ... I love it ;)
I am so glad you finally were able to post it here. I can't wait for the next one.

Hugs Petra

Author Reply: thank you so much for your review and the praise for my story. You know how much I appreciate it. You will not have to wait long. The next one is on the way. Thanks Petra! Lai.

Good to see him awake again. I can't help wondering what was damaged in his head that kept him unconscious for so long, and what damage remains that hasn't shown itself yet. I do like the fact that you had everyone understand what remaining unconscious so long meant. Too many stories have characters lose consciousness and then reawaken at a convenient time with no ill effects and no one around them really worried!

Author Reply: yes finally he´s awake. Thank you for the praise. I would go mad with worry for some-one unconscious for so long. Hopefully no bad effects will linger. Thank you for the time to review and follow the story for so long. Only one chapter to go and an epilog. Lai.

Good to see Elrond awake again. How did they prevent him from dying of dehydration during the weeks that he was unconscious? I know elves are tougher than humans, but humans usually last about three days without water. I assume they must've been getting fluids into him somehow.

Author Reply: Yes, thank the Valar, Elrond is on his feet again. And don´t worry about his health, he´s after all not the only capable healer in the house. Centhar has surely found a way to feet his Lord some water every day. Thank you so much for reviewing. Hope you stay with me till the end. Only three chapters to go. Lai.

Thanks for letting us know. I don't think the elves overreacted. Baradon's behavior would offend anyone.

Author Reply: sorry for the coming delay, but I will make up for it. Yes, Baradon will have to struggle to make up for his behavior. Thanks for reviewing. Lai.

This is an interesting story. I look forward to the next installment.

Author Reply: I´m glad you like the story and thank you for the time to review. The next chapter is done and on the way. See you there. Thank you. Lai

haha, nice to have glorfindel on his feet again, he always seems to light things up :) But poor elrond though, things are not looking good for him :/ and must say you scared me a little with the title of the chapter...
Your writing is beautiful and the story is enthralling, keep up the good work! cheers!

Author Reply: yes, with Glorfindel up and about all seems not so dark anymore, but Elrond....things does indeed not bode well. Thank you so much for your kind words, they keep me going.

You don't need to put the introductory stuff at the beginning of each chapter. It was only really necessary for the first one. I'm still reading and finding it interesting. I think Baradon is about to regret his words rather badly...

Author Reply: thanks for the advice but much more for the reply. Oh yes, Baradon will regret his words. I´m glad you are still reading. Lai
