| A fascinating AU - Didn't poor Maglor originally want to surrender to the Valar so he could return to Valinor? I wish the story was a bit longer, though. I want to know what kind of tribulations Maglor will endure when he's allowed to leave the Valar's custody. Author Reply: Thank you! Yes, he did. It's where I branched off from, actually. | I'm not exactly sure why... but Maedhros and Maglor are my favorites of the brothers.... My heart always goes out to them... Perhaps it is the fact that they 'fostered' the twins... who knows. Beautifully written and quite touching. Author Reply: It's as good a reason as any. :) Thank you! | |
