| So glad you updated this on a day I had a few moments to read. Now I'm reminded of the story, that's been on my want-to-read list for ages, by seeing it at the top of the SoA list, and so I clicked on the first chapter and indulged myself. Your Pip is so natural, so real and believable a small boy, and his mum is wonderfully quick on the uptake as well as kind and understanding. Yew sounds like quite an intelligent lizard. Looking forward to reading more. Hope I get the chance soon.
