How perfect that a rainbow should signal the end of Sauron's threat! Hurray!

Sometimes the small, native flowers are in the end more delightful than gardens of more showy blooms! I feel with Arwen here!

A sweet rendition of Faramir's choosing his mother's starry mantle for the woman who would become his wife. I think Finduilas would have approved!

Hehehe! To think that the High King of the West faces his wife's sewing accoutrements with more concern than he does sworn enemies! I love the idea of the guards snickering as they return to their posts!

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I'm pleased this made you smile. it was an idea of Rakha's as I was stuck!

Surely the mantle would have been kept in a chest of aromatic wood to fend off moths and other pests! And what a fair one, the lady to whom he would gift it! No, his mother would not begrudge the gift, I think.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I'm pleased you liked my interpretation of the gifting of the cloak!

So, this time he is the one who is green--youthful and not quite of his full growth as yet--but he has seen his star!

This is a beautiful image--our golden-haired White Lady and the primrose, both brightening under the sun!

It's nice to see Faramir happy and smiling. That would surely bring his mother joy.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I agree Faramir's mother would rejoice for him.
