I finally had a chance to finish this as I'd been out of town when you posted it. It was a wonderful tale and I really liked how you tied your stories together with Lotheriel's eyes and her heritage, etc. That was a nice touch and a neat way to explain her abilities! Thanks so much for writing and sharing your stories, I really appreciate it!

Author Reply: Hi Radbrooks,

Thank you for reading. I really enjoyed the challenge of writing the action in this one, as well as the weaving of the threads together. LBJ

excellent has helped flesh out Thorongil for me and also brought the heroes of the black gate, the attack on gondor to life for me, please write more, perhaps on the relationship with Eomer and his wife who i believe came from the same family?

So, a nice transition back to the future, knowing both suits were successful, if the time together was short in each case. And Aragorn admits he was somewhat hopeful that something would come of the meeting between Imrahil and Aerin! Love it all!

Author Reply: Well, they had a good few years and Imrahil managed four children LOL. And I just enjoyed giving Aragorn a hand in it.

Thanks a lot for reviewing.LBJ

Enjoyed this chapter a lot--let's see where to start. I liked the scene with Finduilias--she gets so little coverage, as far as I can tell--and it's great to read about her when she was still alive. I kind of feel sorry for Imrahil here--it's obvious how very hopelessly smitten he is and even if I wasn't already rooting for him, I would have after reading this chapter. I'm now wondering just exactly what Aerin "saw" or sensed in Imrahil to warrant her hostility/coldness--since she is fay, she must have seen or sensed something.

Author Reply: Well, that will come out in the next chapter. More of an assumption than anything else.

Glad you enjoyed the chapter. Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ

I do believe that with Lady Cuthwith on his side he has an excellent chance! Now--to see the hunt proceed! Heh!

Author Reply: I thought he needed a little help, as he was making such a mull of it.

Thanks a lot for reviewing.LBJ

He'd best admit to himself that he is truly smitten! Heh!

Author Reply: It takes a little longer yet! LBJ

And the adventure begins! I like their chemistry already and what an exotic ancestress you made for Aerin, and by extension, to Lothiriel.

Enjoyed the scenes with Imrahil and Aerin very much and am very excited as to how he will woo her.
