"Arwen knew then, that this was how she desired to spend every night of her life, nestled beside this man who had stolen her heart."---I love Arwen's unyielding resolve. You've captured her awakening love for Aragorn so perfectly. The feelings are so real! And I love the fact that Arwen tells Aragorn first that there will be no one else but him!

A snoring Aragorn? Cute!

A beautiful story of innocent love!

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I'm so pleased that Aragorn and Arwen seem real to you here.I make his snoring a recurrent theme in my stories.
Thank you again for the beautiful artwork.

He kissed her and they embraced. At that moment their souls united and they perceived clearly the depth of love in each other’s hearts, two hearts now as one.

This has been a truly beautiful story, a wonderful gap-filler that fits seamlessly into the Professor's tale.

This is a very charming take on the meeting of Aragorn and Arwen. I really loved the way you portrayed Galadriel.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I'm pleased you liked my Galadriel as I don't often write Elves.

Lovely linda.
I especially liked the ending. We often hear about Elrond's feeling about this match but rarely do we see Galadriel's feelings.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I've always been interested in Galadriel and why she helps Aragorn.

Though she know she will lose her granddaughter's company, still she schemes to see that the best fate for all is met. Blessed Galadriel--to choose aright amongst the possible griefs she encounters as she does!

Oh My, Linda!

This is the what I have been looking for! The events that took place after Aragorn entered Lothlorien.
And it's longer than I expected (TBC!!!.....yay!) And if it's going to be told by someone I'm glad it's you!!) I read "Stranger at the Gates"and loved it but wanted that interaction between Aragorn and Arwen.
Now I have it!

"My heart was stirred when I first beheld Estel beneath the birches many years ago," -- Something that I have always imagined Arwen would have felt!

Hip Hip Hurray to Julia for having a birthday and inspiring you to tell this lovely tale!

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. You reacton to this story has truly made my day and I can promise you the second part is almost all Aragorn and Arwen.

I'd always hoped my Muses would give me more after "Stranger at the Gates" and Julia's birthday last month coaxed them to co-operate as she loves Aragorn and Arwen.

This is a very beautiful and romantic story, and all the dialogue and emotions ring true.

Sometimes she envied mortals; their lives were brief, but so too was their sorrow.

That's wonderful.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I'm delighted you are enjoying this story. On the surface, being an Elf might look pleasant, but a cruel fate to endure every sorrow for eternity!
