This was a really difficult situation for Olwe. :(
Well done.

Author Reply: Thanks! I'm re-reading the Silmarillion and just read that part. It couldn't have been easy for any of the Teleri.

That's a great conversation. Poor Faramir, burdened with this shame. Aragorn is a wise and compassionate king.

Author Reply: Yes, Aragorn is a wonderful man, friend, and king. Faramir has been through a lot, but he has happier days ahead!

People here love to learn more about hobbits.

Oh, what a sweet idea. I'd love to think that this shop existed, and that the hobbits didn't fall back into being just legendary beings.

Author Reply: Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it! Hobbits probably fell back into being legendary beings evenutally, but not during the lifetimes of those who lived through the Ring War.

What a frightening and lonely time this must have been for Gilraen, who was still a very young woman.

Author Reply: It would have been tough, I'm sure, but I bet the household of Elrond helped her through it.

Four interesting stories so far - well done. I do like the idea of a Shire shop in Gondor - a bit like the first Chinese restaurant in London, or whatever!

Author Reply: Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. I wonder who did start the first Chinese restaurant in London? No one knows, most likely.
