That is a most exquisite and graceful vignette, Linda. I enjoyed every line of it, especially the notion of the White Tree recognizing Aragorn and yielding gladly to his touch. Beautiful moment. Needless to say, it got one of my votes. I really like this Linda. What an interesting POV. The idea that the tree was easy to lift was a combination of rocky soil and the will of the tree was well thought out. Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I'm so pleased you liked this and found the POV interesting. It was quite hard to imagine how a tree might think!

I knew then that my lord and lady would put forth deep roots and bring forth saplings of their own to play beneath my sheltering branches. What a beautiful, gentle story, full of love and reverence and the patience that marks all noble beings. Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I'm so pleased you liked this. I suppose the tree is a bit like Aragorn himself with his patience in waiting for Arwen!
