Out of Darkness, Song  by Mirach 4 Review(s)
LarnerReviewed Chapter: 1 on 12/16/2011
How perfect, Mirach! Love the contrast of the tapping of the slaves' hammers to that of the rain on the window, and the final realization that the nightmare is now over, and he is free and home again once more. And waking to his adar's presence was such a blessed relief and joy!

You used the musical theme well here. Poor Aragorn!

Author Reply: Thank you very much! I used most of my ideas for the musical theme in "The Song in the Darkness", so I wanted to write something different - but at the end, it ended with almost the same title =)

I really liked this story. I think you did a great job of letting us feel Aragorn's plight without going into too much detail about his horrid experience. The poems were very well chosen too. It got one of my votes this month.

Oh my, how suspenseful! I was as relieved as Aragorn at the end. What a gentle awakening after such a fever.

Author Reply: Thank you very much! I'm gald you liked the story on the border of dream and reality, with many things just foreshadowed.
