This was really an interesting point of view to write from and I am glad that Uzza did not feel compelled to go through with her original plan. Loved the dialogue with Aragorn! Very authentic and real. This was great!

Excellent story; I liked Uzza and felt sorry for her; and was glad that she was helped to find a better way. Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I'm delighted that you enjoyed this story and were able to feel for Uzza.

A most perceptive and lyric drabble. Trust Aragorn to purge Uzza of all her hatred and make her able to feel the spring sunlight again. Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I'm delighted that you enjoyed this story and felt it was typical of Aragorn.

"An off-duty captain, perhaps?" Once upon a time this "captain" was called "Captain Thorongil", I do believe! Only now I do not think he gets any off time. I have often heard that forgiveness benefits the one doing the forgiving more than those they forgive. This is a lovely look at the way misconceptions grow during wars. It is too bad every land recovering from war does not have rulers who heal like that one. Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I'm delighted that you enjoyed this story. It was indeed, Captain Thorongil, who has no off duty days now!

I do believe she has felt the healing hands of an even greater healer than she herself proved! Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. She has indeed encountered the greatest healer!
