Wars and Rumours of War  by Linda Hoyland 3 Review(s)

This conspiracy to darken the reputation of the Khan's sons is interesting. I am glad that Tahir laid it bare, and that Elessar has found a means to limit the boy's treachery. Sending him north into Arnor should widen the young man's horizons immensely.

I'll leave my review for this chapter here, since I left my thoughts for the first chapter on your LJ. :) Very nice ending! I really like the way you've worked out the politics of Harad... I'm with Aragorn in that it makes my head spin. I like how Aragorn neatly sidestepped the boy's attempt to anger him enough to kill him, and his decision to send him north was wise. Very good short story, and thank you for the dedication!
