| At least it's likely that Aragorn, having experienced the Black Breath himself, had a good feel for how it might be experienced by others. I can appreciate just why his parents are concerned yet did as they did. No one wants to kill a helpless individual when one's children are watching, after all. And in the end this will work to the good of this man's son, now that he's a prisoner of war. Author Reply: Indeed. | You have a way of grabbing your reader right away and leaves them wanting more. Excellent opening. I already like your narrator/primary character. I am actually seeing and feeling everything that your character is going through...and it is a feeling of uncertainty and resolute. I like your shift from present to past. From the bustle of a city courtyeard to the tranquility and peace of open space and....goats! Awesome! And the family is endearing! Author Reply: Thanks for the awesome review!
