| Have had a few of these myself, and a few I thought were stand-alone that instead led into far longer tales than I'd intended or anticipated. Works both ways! At least the would-be assassin was caught and dealt with appropriately. Bless Cirdan and Gil-galad for anticipating how best to trap him! Author Reply: Thanks, Larner!
