Back! Can be a bear. Glad the King properly prepared the healer

Author Reply: I think Aragorn was very much aware of the long term effects of what had happed could be for all the hobbits and he would want to help where possible.

I've just caught up this story and series. I'm not generally a big fan of hobit stories but this one really is well done. I like how you've built the relationship back and also brought the new children in so effectively. Of course you've left us with a tremendous cliffhanger and I do hope that you carry this forward at some point soon. Thanks for your hard work on this series so far.

Author Reply: Thank you for the kind words. I really do want to get back to this story and finish it at some point. I still have a long way to go on it. Unfortunately, the next chapter was only saved on the hard drive of my old iMac which was stolen in 2015. Since then I have gotten a new computer, moved house, got married and changed jobs. I have been wanting for months to start writing again but I need to go back and recreate my information for events in this story. Hearing that someone is still reading and is interested in the outcome makes me feel more motivated to work on it.

Thank you again for reading and for the extremely kind words.

How terrible to have to possibly face war again, and so far from his family and all he loves. At least he knows they are likely in good hands.

Author Reply: They are definitely in good hands and I'm hoping that things are not as dire as the King fears. He's being cautious because Sauron's former followers can truly be ruthless.

Thanks for the review. Hoping things continue to be entertaining.

I be good, came the reply in his mind. I know it be all right. Nana is sad. I make her smile for you.

*melts* I adore Sapphire!

This is an exciting and unexpected chapter. Dear Pippin, this is exactly the resolve and courage he would show in such a circumstance.

Author Reply: Glad you're loving Sassy. She is a sweety.

Yeah, this thought occurred to me a few weeks ago and had to run with it. I'm not quite sure how it's going to go but we'll all find out together.

Thanks for the review.
