| This was wonderful. I thought Raini was a Maia at first. I love this explanation better although I feel a bit sorry for her having to roam Middle-Earth all by herself. That sounds very lonely. (I have read the Sil twice so far.) Author Reply: Thank you! Raini didn't tell me who she was for a long time.
