| Lovely story; you really capture Faramir's character, even in these earlier days we see the Numenorean strain in him, the promise of the great Captain he will be in LOTR. I don't think anyone has looked at Henneth Annun like this. Good characterization of Mablung as well. Author Reply: Thank you! I'm glad you like my version of a younger Faramir. I like to think his promise was always there to be seen by those who took the time to look. I've been fond of Mablung ever subvert I.
