| This is a wonderful little vignette of a piece of the story so seldom explored. I love how you capture Boromir's good-natured pragmatism even in these less-than-ideal circumstances. His skill is impressive and very appropriate. On the whole, this quiet and solitary moment draws a beautiful portrait of a good Man. |

| Interesting interlude, and it appears he is fairly competent at making his way. Glad he has the means to hand to obtain the food he needs and to prepare it properly for the next stage of his journey. |
