Delicious! A bit of history: In 1946 England received their first blueberries, although it had native bilberries or whortleberries. Cinnamon, and all the delicious spices, were unavailable to Europe until centuries later. +=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=* @(----- However, wild strawberries were available in England, and apples. In 1642, England received a shipment of Virginia strawberries, the start of modern strawberries. I was curious as to kneading pie dough. When I bake, I mix the ingredients and the flour and grease form a ball, but there is no kneading the dough. I roll it out as thin as I can and then bake it. Tarts are my favorite and easiest to make Anything that has yeast in it must be worked, or kneaded, in order to help the gluten create areas that will fill with air as the dough "rises". Bread and rolls are made from yeast, flour, water, salt and possibly sugar and milk and even eggs.

Hooray! First, you started with an adorably cute Legolas and a paternal Thranduil (how rare!). Then you went and created a whole backstory for Imladris in only a few select sentences. And THEN you went and weaved a wonderful friendship between two troublemakers that had AWWW factor written all over it. And now I have a mad urge to eat some pie. Hehehehe. Author Reply: I am glad you enjoyed this little bit of light hearted fun and friendship between the King and the Elf.

Hehe, very nice to see Aragorn's inner child reappearing, despite his responsibilities. And naturally it would be the elf who could bring it out. Of course now I have a craving for pastries... Cathy. xx Author Reply: Grown men and elves can still have a little fun, or so I like to think. Thanks for the review.
