Ever angst enslaves me when I envision the poor Numenorians whom he left behind. I am truly enjoying this. Thank you.

Author Reply: And thanks to you, too! Love your own alliteration here! Harrowcat has been keeping me in stitches with her examples!

Author Reply: (Although it was those of Sirion he left behind along with his sons when he sailed West only to find he could not return.) Ah, but one of his sons led the way in Numenor. Bless Elros. Too bad eventually silly thinking and the whispers of envy in their hearts led the Numenoreans to perceive what they thought to be eternal life to be more valuable than the gifts they received.

Ah, and naturally Earendil, Elwing and Gil-*estel* are for E! But alas that the Enemy is, as well! I am so glad we Eruhini have a beacon of hope! And surely, whether Estel or Elessar, Aragorn will be a worthy successor as Hope for his own people.

Author Reply: Not all are necessarily good associations, unfortunately. And definitely Aragorn inherited the good ones, hope embodied for a new day.

The journey of the Mariner! Excellent!

The children are very quiet now, maybe they are too much impressed.

Author Reply: Oh, yes, he must be showcased within this collection. Thanks so, Andrea!

And what an inspiration he was, for Age upon Age.

Author Reply: As he remains today! Thanks so, Shirebound!
