Oh, "Uncle Lord Strider" is he? I do love Elanor! Bless the darling lass for her contribution! :)

Author Reply: Oh, but of course! She is Sam's daughter, after all. And I'm glad she agreed to make her own contribution. Heh!

Uncle Lord Strider

*Grins* Very nice!

And why shouldn't they continue celebrating Yule? That way they have one holiday more. And hobbits like holidays :-)

Author Reply: Oh, yes--holidays are good things! But I doubt many Hobbits will cotton to the idea of the new year starting in the spring! Heh!

Uncle Lord Strider... :-P

I would imagine it was difficult for people to get their heads wrapped around the new year at a new time...I know I would have a hard time with it!

Merry Christmas!

Author Reply: But what else would Sam's children call him, do you think? Heh! I know it's difficult for me to think on new years celebrations elsewhere in the year, although I KNOW it does happen even now.

And a Haole Makahiki Ho! as they say in Honolulu.

I was wondering who was relating this. Wonderful! And blessed Yule to you.

Author Reply: I'd think that Elanor would love being involved in this project. And may our New Year prove better than I anticipate it to be!
