Definitely a moment to be treasured in memory forever. And one spent with the woman he'd come to love more than any other. Author Reply: Larner! Thanks! I wanted to write a drabble in honor of March 25 and this just popped into my head. I have always loved the passages concerning Minas Tirith and the Eagles bringing Joy to the White City. And I really love writing about Faramir and Éowyn being happy! Stay Safe! MM

He held his precious one gently in his arms That's a lovely image. Author Reply: Shirebound! Thanks! I have the image from the ROTK EE where David Wenham is gently holding Miranda Otto in the Houses of Healing. All warm and fuzzy feels! Stay Safe Mellon Nin! ((hugs)) MM

She looked out to the open water allowing it to fill her soul. This she would take with her. To him. That's very lovely, and quite moving. Author Reply: Shirebound! Thanks! I was just imagining what would it like to leave the seaside that you have known all your life and travel to another life. As you can probably tell I do love the ocean. Thanks for taking the time to write! Stay Safe, Mellon nin! (((hugs))) MM

Does she see the sea in Éomer’s eyes in quiet moments in Rohan, I wonder? Does she hear the steady murmur of the waves in his breathing as she watches him sleep? ((hugs)) May this find you and yours well. Author Reply: Lindelea! What a lovely image! I will say yes, she does! I like it!! ((hugs)) MM

Ohhhhh. I absolutely adore the addition of the forget-me-not here. It’s perfect. Author Reply: I do like writing drabbles! And March 25 and Forget-me-nots (which was the Tolkien Weekly challenge) just dovetailed nicely! Glad you liked it! ((hugs)) MM

A fine gift she takes with her to her new life. Thank you for this series. Author Reply: Larner! You're welcome. I did really like now this series of drabbles turned out. I love the sea and imagined that Lothiriel would have a strong connection to it but her love for Eomer would be stronger. And unlike her unfortunate Aunt Finduilas she would thrive away from her seaside home. Eomer would love her all the long days of his life. Thanks for all the reviews today. So happy you liked my drabbles! Hope you and your family are safe and well. Stay Safe, Mellon Nin! ((hugs)) MM

Ah, but bubbles would bring out that reaction in most children. Lovely, both the bath and the "helping" that led to it. Author Reply: Larner! I should write more stories of Thranduil and a young Legolas! I always feel there is much joy and love there! Thanks for reading and writing! MM

Oh, but to see such things through the eyes of one's friend is the greatest gift of appreciation. Author Reply: Larner! Exactly! And the friendship between Legolas and Gimli is such a special one. Thanks for writing! MM

Heh! Love both of the drabbles, both the butterflies--or is it fell beasts? and the close shaves. Delightful! Author Reply: Larner! Thanks! I do love to write drabbles. And writing about Eowyn and Faramir being happy makes me happy!! MM
