| Ellynn! I loved this! I generally don't read Dwarf-centric stories but I simply loved the care and love that Aule put into to his creations and the similar love and care that you put into crafting this story. You say they are vignettes but they flow very well as one story. I am so glad I tapped on this story to read! Thank you! | ...he would never see him again, but to feel him this way gave him comfort... Yes, beautifully put. There are many who also find Durin's Father's FATHER in that way. We can feel the presence of Our Father in His creations, too. And also, in lovely, light-filed stories, like yours. That is probably the biggest reason I keep coming back to SOA! | There were so many of them and they were very bright – so bright that in the next moment he thought that the lake was the place where they really lay, and that the sky was just the reflection. I love that. Wouldn't we love to go there! I'm enjoying this story very much, it's a wonderful glimpse into a time in the lives of the Dwarves that I never thought much about! Author Reply: Thank you so much! Well... I never thought much about Dwarves either! I've written fan fiction from 2006 to 2012, and started again about a year and a half ago, after a long pause. And I never wrote Dwarves! My "dwarvish phase" started a few months ago, and it doesn't let go. :) I still hope to translate "reclaiming khazad-dum", although it grows... | |

| Oh, I'm looking forward to this series. What a great beginning. To have dreams filled with love and purpose... no wonder the dwarves were such confident beings. Author Reply: I don't know how often I'll post, but I've been quite creative lately - just like my brain is trying to compensate for the 6.5 years of writing draught between 2012 and beginning of 2019 - so i hope that I will continue to be creative.
