What a wonderful story! I love Sam/Rosie stories, and this was no exception. I especially loved the image of Sam from the 2nd chap as Rosie's guardian angel. You have a wonderful talent, and you managed to make sure the transition from Rosie's to Sam's POV wasn't confusing (I know that sounds like such a simple thing, but so many author's make it so difficult!). Aw, now I want someone like Sam :P Author Reply: Thank you! I'm glad the changing of POVs wasn't confusing. It felt so much more in depthed doing it that way instead of from one POV or in 3rd person. Thanks for reading :) I love Sam/Rosie stories! This is not my last one either, a second part is in the works.

Ah, Sam, procrastination gets you nowhere! Hope he cheers up, or he may be poor company later.

Poor Sam is still a bit girl-shy I see! Surely he'll warm up to the idea in time. :)

Oh, wonderful! Both PoVs! This chapter rings so true; I can imagine Rosie having to all but beat them off with a stick after a while. Unsolicited attention can become bothersome, as my Thranduil will unequivically mention in an upcoming chapter of his own. ^_^ Sam to the rescue; what an intro. That Brandles guy seemed just a bit too forward for comfort. And I think it is a proven fact that a man's affection is indeed shortwired through his stomach. ^_^ And it is so hard to be obvious but subtle at the same time! (BTW, sorry for the delay. I would probably have been here a lot sooner, but while they were putting a pipe in the backyard they cut the phone line!!!)

How cute! I'm generally not a hobbit person, but I'll be following this one. Sam and Rosie stories always seem to be good. Keep it up! <><
