Oh, I'm speechless! That was an absolutely perfect chapter! That last sentance is SO perfect! I can't wait to hear that myself someday.
God bless,
Ellie

Author Reply: I look forward to it myself! Hantanyel!

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

aww ... is it over now? nooo! :(
Very very good and sweet and kinda sad, Antane.
I was never a big fan of the idea that Frodo and Sam would eventually die in Valinor cuz I just couldn't stand to see them die, but you did it very well and I was glad they got to go together :)
I like the Biblical reference at the end: "well done good and faithful servant" - so true of Frodo and Sam!
I loved it as always!
God bless,

Author Reply: Hantanyel - so glad you enjoyed! I wanted to give Frodo and Sam a very beautiful, peaceful death as I hope they had. I like my last sentence too. :)

>>Your first flower, Elanor
They had all signed their names. A babe’s footprint stood in for Violet's.<<

How very sweet and loving, Antane. I also love the idea of an entire wall filled with a mural of Sam's family! Frodo must feel so very proud of his dearest friend's many accomplishments ... along with that happy feeling of knowing Bag End's empty rooms were filled with such happy little hobbit faces at last.

Namarie & May God shine His Light upon you

*tear* all right, I know I say this alot, but I really mean it this time, that made me cry. It was so... I don't know. happy and sad at the same time. Beautiful!
God bless,
Ellie

Author Reply: Hantanyel, my dear! You honor me with your tears.

That's so sad yet so wonderful at the same time. they went together and they went in peace. That's all that matters. :) I liked the thought that Frodo had the dream that they would be going that day but poor Sam had the exact opposite.

Oh, and sorry I haven't sent you reviews for all the chapters but I have read all of them and loved each and every one. :D

Author Reply: I was wondering just the other day what happened to you - I'm glad you stuck around and enjoyed! Hantanyel!

Three chapters in one night Antane! It almost made the withdrawal symptoms while I was away worth it. This one brought tears to the eyes with Sam - lovlely

Author Reply: Hantanyel, my dear harrowcat! I was wondering what happened to you so glad you are well. I thought the kissing hand thing was very cool too. :)

"You made it possible that I would."

"You made it possible that I could. You can thank me all you want, but it was you and Smeagol, that made that victory at the Fire possible."

"And who was the one who carried the burden the whole way? We wouldn’t have done anything without you."

Frodo laughed and squeezed his brother around the waist. "Oh, my dearest, dearest Sam, all these years and we are still arguing about who the greater hero is?

And think how many lovely stories we would be missing if we didn't have that argument.

What a lovely surprise for Sam. And the kissing hands gesture is beautiful.

Oh, good! I love this story, and now an update :) I re-read the whole thing cuz it's been so long since I last did - I love the new stuff! I keep trying to remember some of the Quenya so I can say some of them to my friend, but I have no idea how to pronounce them .. lol ... Thanks so much, as always, Antane!

~ swg ~

Author Reply: So glad you are enjoying! I have no idea how to pronounce the Quenya either - wish I did, but then I have so few people I could actually say it too. But isn't it nice to have two bilingal hobbits that can speak it? :)

So now Sam's a great-grand-gaffer? *grin* It's a little sad he can't see them, but at least he can rejoice in the fact that he knows they're there. Another lovely chapter, dear!
God bless,
Ellie

Author Reply: Hantanyel! Looking forward to more of your masterpieces also! :)
