I am glad that the peace gently enfolded him, as was proper to him. And I love the idea of Aragorn and Arwen dancing together!

Author Reply: I love the source of that also - a reminder of who he had been before the Shadow came. glad you enjoyed!

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Always glad to prove an inspiration! That was a good deal of fun!

Author Reply: Thank you so much! I was afraid I had offended you by not crediting you for the idea when I didn't get a review - so glad you enjoyed! :)

What a beautiful, tender, poignant chapter. You show us the courageous, fragile, wounded heart of our dearest hobbit, and the intense love of those who cherish him.

Author Reply: Thank you so much, my dear! So glad you think so and I love the way you spoke of his heart. I think things are going to get rough from here on out but the edges are going to be smoothed some by that love and the company that has come to give more of it.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Nothing like a good snowball fight to make someone feel better. Best thing that can be done with snow.

Author Reply: Thank you, grumpy! Always nice to hear from a new fan. :)

It was very much a beloved home, made so by those who lived there. He was even more pleased that he had been made an honorary hobbit by those he esteemed so highly. Even though he had only arrived the night before, it was already obvious how love suffused the home like a visible light and warmed his heart as nothing since his mother’s death had. It was a soothing balm to his wounded heart that was still in pain after the deaths of his brother and father to hear and see all the love that was around.

What a beautiful description of Bag End. I hope we can all make our homes as welcoming and loving. This is a fun and delightful chapter, Antane. A perfect symmetry to read it on the first day of summer!

Author Reply: Thank you, my dear! I think Faramir is going to benefit almost as much from this visit as Frodo will. Glad you enjoyed!

Frodo was sleeping peacefully, shining and smiling softly

What a lovely image.

Author Reply: Isn't it? :) *keeps looking at him* *hugs you*

A most delightful AU, Antane. And it's lovely to think of Faramir scrunched up in a Hobbit bed, somehow! Dear, dear man! And I suspect Frodo would sleep happily that night, at least.

Thanks for the gentleness of the scene.

Author Reply: You are quite welcome and thank *you*! Yes, Faramir is very dear, and you know that I think he is a hobbit in a man's skin anyway. :) Glad you enjoyed!
