| Glorfindel with burnt hair is not a pretty picture. Though it isn't kind to laugh at other's misfortune, I must take a moment to laugh ceaselessly at Barin. *laughs ceaselessly* Who would have thought Denethor read romance novals? How can he stand it? Boromir's train of thought about um, Mysian, is well, crazyish. I liked the little history lesson on the Foul Winter and the deer. | |

| The Hobbit's confusion is so...gratifying. And ingenious. Here's my favorite line in the chapter- 'Merry snickered to himself. He set his face again and continued talking in Elrond, as he termed it. I am a great healer. I order you to rot here in bed. Now I shall mutter my Elvish words of healing: lasta berta nin hilo jigger thingy woooo.' | |
