Along with Brigus I hope they live to tell the tale.

Author Reply: It might be best if some of them never make it out of that wood, however...

Thanks for reading!

I, too, have him at times leaving rule in the hands of his very competent Queen and Steward when friendship temporarily draws his first allegiance. How wise that he cannot serve his people properly when his friends are in need of him.

Author Reply: Yeah, I just can't see him being content with just his kingly duties in Gondor.

Thanks for reading!

Well, he has reason to be concerned, although we know Legolas follows a flash of white and a cry in his father's abandoned realm.

And he will undoubtedly find that making money the easy way is as difficult as honest toil, and far more chancy.

Author Reply: *snort* Yes, I do believe so! Thanks for reading!

I hope in time she will meet Legolas and find a friend in him. I have suspicions about Rani.

Author Reply: I think she will... ;)

I think everybody has suspicions of Rani. I certainly did when writing her! She's kind of creepy in that cute she's going to kill somebody way...

;)

Thanks for reading!

It is interesting to see Thranduil decide to sail west now, as most imagine him lingering in Middle Earth to see Eryn Lasgalen settle now that Sauron's last folk are gone from its borders. But it is reasonable that this would happen as you indicate.

I am glad he spent that last year with his father.

Author Reply: I had always thought Thranduil would stick around too, then he went and pulled this on me! LOL He likes to keep me guessing.

Thanks for reading!

They say that we can never truly go home again, a truth he is learning now.

Author Reply: Very true! Thanks for reading!

I am really enjoying ALL your stories. You have a gift for character development that brings these beloved people to life. You also have wonderful plot arcs. Thanks for your writing!

Author Reply: Thank you! I'm so glad you are enjoying them! :)

Oooh, you're back and with a new one! I always love your stories even though I lurk most of the time. This new one looks great! Poor Legolas, it can't have been easy watching people sail while he remained in Middle Earth for Aragorn and Arwen. However it just proves what my mother always told me, you can never go back, not even to the places you had the happiest times, they are never the same. Onwards and upwards always!

Author Reply: Actually, this is an old one! ;) I posted it very early in my fanfic days, but it was my weakest story, with a horribly confusing timeline. I've completely rewritten it and I think it's decent now. :) Thanks For reading and reviewing! Love to hear from my readers. :)

Hi Nieriel RAINA. I REALLY LIKE YOUR FIRST CHAPTER. Can't wait for your next chapter. Can't believe that I have missed your other stories. I'm off to check them out. A glass or two of white, from our Swan River region, from Western Australia will make it even better. I am suppose to writing a training report. This is much better way to spend a Sunday night. Love Galathil

Author Reply: Hi! So glad you liked the prologue! I posted the next chapter. I've been revamping my stories over the past couple years so I've not had anything posted here, but I'm starting to add them back. So glad you enjoy them! :)

Thank you for reading!
