Stories of Arda
The world of J.R.R. Tolkien is owned by Tolkien Enterprises and/or New Line Cinema. No money is made from these stories. The stories are the intellectual property of the author(s) and should not be reproduced without their permission.
I have very little interest in serial literary history, and no interest at all in the history or present situation of the English 'novel'. My work is not a 'novel' but an 'heroic romance' a much older and quite different variety of literature.

At Hope's Edge - The Appendices by Cairistiona
These might best be described as "deleted scenes" or "bonus material" to my story "At Hope's Edge" - short ficlets and sketches that I wrote in order to fully understand the characters and the situations in which they found themselves. Being "deleted scenes", some of the details may not match completely with the events in "At Hope's Edge", but most come close. While it is not necessary to read that story first, these will contain spoilers. Elrond's Tale - Part 2 completes Elrond's Tale.

Young Frodo Gamgee, serving the King for a year in Annúminas is a bit homesick, but a visit from his father cheers him up.
