This is mostly movie-based (unusually for me), but there are elements of the books. It covers the time between the warg attack and the aftermath of the battle of Helm's Deep. I thought I had finished the story long ago, but found I had to add this epilogue. It includes the final tally in Legolas and Gimli's game, and a farewell to the elven warriors cheap contact lenses.
