Buckland Celebration  by Baggins Babe
In LOTR, Professor Tolkien tells us that the hobbits did not mark the destruction of the Ring or, sadly, Frodo's birthday, but they did celebrate the first blowing of the Horn of the Mark in the Shire, on November 2nd. In October 1428 SR, before the trip to Gondor, a group of Tooks, Gamgees and one very important Baggins goes to Brandy Hall.
