| LOL, well, what you do is, you get the ladder, and cut your paper into several thin strips, and then wrap the paper around each individual beam. It's a terror to unwrap. ;) Cute, lovely, funny, angsty. This one had everything. And of course, my favorite Merry/Pippin moments are Pippin upset and Merry groveling for forgiveness. Really, Merry should have figured that out. It was the first thing that popped into my head. Well done, looking forward to more. Author Reply: Next time, I will send Merry over so that you can clue him in. LOL So glad you enjoyed it. Oh, and now that I have heard exactly how one wraps a ladder, I do hope I never have to unwrap one. Pippin's joke may just backfire and he might have to spend all of Yule unwrapping the ladder. | I loved this on Marigold's Challenges, too! The sweet relationship that Pippin and Merry have is like none other. Poor Pippin! Trouble always seems to find the poor lad no matter how hard he tries to avoid it. At least Merry is hobbit enough to admit his mistakes and apologizes for them. Lovely... Pippin stuck up on the roof for hour,how miserable...Merry thinking he stole it and finding out Mrs Grubb gave permission to used it. In the end Merry apoligises and then ask pippin what present he wants. A Lader, and wrap it...How does one wrap a lader...Very nice.... Author Reply: So glad you enjoyed it. Seems Merry has a big job ahead of him with the ladder-wrapping doesn't he? LOL | |
