I've said it before, and I'll say it again--you have a natural gift for making people (especially *me*) laugh through your wonderful hobbits--all four of them, but specifically, Merry and Pippin's love and banter...and yes, their squabbles. Thank you for sharing your lovely talent. :-) Pippinfan Author Reply: Oh, good! It made you laugh. This one is a bit that came up because of one of my 12Days challenge stories. It was the story for day 11 with the pipers and Pippin gave Legolas a bit of advice about smoking that led to this story. I went for the slap stick on this one. | The review i had left was for Chapter 27 but went into Chapter 26. But if you had to remove it Ch27 i totally understand or it could have been my mistake me reviewing for chapter 26 but i swear i had clicked onto ch27. | |

| Ummm that review i just left was gor Chapter 27 but Ch27 doesn't seem to be showing up?? Author Reply: I don't know which one that you read, but there is a problem with chapter 27 and I had to remove it. I don't know if it will be back up again or not. If you were reviewing "Fire in the Hole" that is actually chapter 26, but if you reviewed chapter 27 then I am a bit confused as I removed it yesterday morning at aroung 10am due to a problem with it. I unpublished it, but I may have to completely delet it if it is still showing up. Please let me know which one you read so that I can figure out what is going on. "Fire in the Hole" should be the last story in the group that is published. Thank you for reading and I am very sorry about the confusion. | |

| Oh dear! Those lads really can`t do anything without causing disaster! It makes great reading though and this was excellent. Just lovely! Author Reply: Glad that you enjoyed it. They do seem to have trouble doing things, don't they? But Pippin and fire seemed like something that might result in this type of thing. LOL Wonder how he lit those Beacons in the movie? I guess he got better, but even then he seems to spill the oil by accident and almost forget to climb down once the fire starts. Thanks for the review! | |
