| I started this hours ago and now I it is very late and I must be up and off to work in a few hours... Shees! But how could I stop reading. Each chapter has been wonderfully written. But this one - you surprised me! Grima saying he was holding Eomer and Elric - brilliant strategy on his part and poor Eowyn now entrapped. *shivers* Author Reply: Ah, *2* reviews in one night!! Thank you!! You're spoiling me! ;-> But seriously, I am SO happy to read that the story captures you so much (I suppose you are not, LOL, because I know how hard it can be to get out of bed when you got too little sleep the night before). The (hopefully) really tense chapters are just around the corner, so I hope you will survive these. And Gríma... oh, he is SUCH a delight to write! Here we have at last a villain who is cunning and charismatic (and repulsive at the same time, LOL), and I fear our dear "heroes" will really have to think of something to best him (nothing but a resourceful villain to make your hero truly shine... or die ;->) I hope to hear from you again, and once again: THANKS FOR YOUR REVIEW! | This is an awesome story! I like it a lot. The story line, the way you portray the characters... What will happen to Éowyn? Will she know Gríma is just blackmailing her and lying? Will Erkenbrand ride out to Éomer's help? Will he be able to talk to Éowyn beforehand? What about Éothain? Maelwen? Will they reach Eómer in time? I cursed my internet connection tenfold the past evnenings when it kept deserting me after every chapter! I'm really looking forward to reading your updates. It is a great story - a shame you haven't gotten more reviews. Please continue with it. Author Reply: Hello Allacaya, thank you so much for your review, it made my day!!! :-) Seriously, it is a bit dispiriting to write your heart out and while I see that the story gets read, nobody (or next to nobody) will take even a second to let me hear her/ his thoughts. *sighs* But then again, I noticed that there hardly seems to be an audience for Éomer adventure/ drama (at least not on this site);most of those who will read stories featuring him will only do so if it is about him getting to meet Lothíriel. Which is why I was so happy with your review. I hope you will find this latest update to your taste and that your internet connection won't fold on you when you're trying to read it, and I'm looking forward to hearing from you again!
