*Heheheh* See? This is what happens when you step away from fanfic for a while; it gives all your favorite authors time to write (and finish!) wonderful new fanfics for you to read. *Big toothy grin* I'm very pleased so far - will let you know how I like the rest when I'm done.

This is a most promising start. I'm very interested to learn how Frodo will find healing and himself. Author Reply: I'm glad you liked it. Frodo will certainly need to explore how to aid in his own healing.

Very nice beginning. Celebrian is very understanding, and I look forward to reading about Frodo's recovery, his hobbit-sized house, and his explorations of the Blessed Realm. I do have a question - possibly stupid though it may be. What exactly does Iorhael mean? I've seen it in many stories - but I guess I've never learned what it means. Anyway, I look forward to reading more soon! Author Reply: Not a stupid question at all! Iorhael means "old-wise" in Sindarin, from what I understand. It is the Elvish name (translation?) for Frodo.

This is a lovely beginning with these two kindred spirits talking. I think Celebrian will be very good for Frodo and he will adjust just fine to the brightness without as it spreads within. He will indeed discover his place in the universe and I hope the One Who made him. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: I'm glad that you liked the story and that Celebrian is in many ways a kindred spirit. :)

How wonderful to see another story from you! This is immediately intriguing. I love stories of Frodo in Valinor and seeing everyone's different interpretations of his time spent there. Yours is quite unique and I look forward to seeing where this goes. I imagine that Bilbo is doing so well because of all that time he spent living with elves in Middle-earth. He also does not have the sense of loss that Frodo does, and while he may have been getting old, he was not as physically weak as Frodo was. The brightness of the island make this all seem a dream to Frodo, and to a certain extant it probably is. Celebrian is a gentle and soothing presence for him, and just the right person to help Frodo on his journey of self-discovery and healing. Author Reply: Thank you! I think you've summed up Bilbo's abilities in adjusting to Tol Eressea. He certainly comes with 'acclimatization' already underway and largely unburdened by what Frodo experienced.

How are you, my dear? I loved this and the implied hope it gave me. I look forward to many more chapters and the ultimate healing, whatever that may end up being. Author Reply: I'm all right. :) I'm so glad you love this story. I hope that it continues to live up to expectations.

Great start! I like your characterisation of Frodo very much. He has not adjusted yet to the Blessed Realm and I can understand his frustration and his jealousy of Bilbo, because the old hobbit managed the situation much better and faster. But in order to heal he must first find himself again. Building a home will help him do that indeed, but it will also help him to get "grounded" again. That's what he needs most, I think: to have a place, he can call home! I'm looking forward to reading more! Author Reply: He definitely needs to be 'grounded' again. That's a good way of putting it!

To find the healing he needs, Frodo will need to make adjustments indeed. Author Reply: He certainly will need to do so and will need help.

He must build a house? Splendid idea... creating himself a home, quite literally. This is quite intrigueing, dear - can't wait to see more! Cúthalion Author Reply: Finally there is more! And a response which is shamefully late, I'm afraid. I hope you continue to like the story. :)

This is very well written. I find it interesting that Frodo has been given something that he doesn't even realize at the time that he needs - a purpose to his life. In building a home, Frodo will come to find out just what kind of person he is. Looking forward to the next chapter! Author Reply: Thank you! I'm afraid both my response and the next chapter are rather tardy, but I'm glad that you liked the beginning of the tale.
