Oh Pippin! *L* Love this conversation between the cousins and that its all written out of Sams perspective!

Oh, I recall this bunny from Shirebound's wonderful collection. Poor Sam and boats! Author Reply: Shirebound has the best ideas! In fact both of the stories posted to this series were her ideas. I don't normally write Quest fiction but somehow she seems to hit upon ideas that set me to writing. Thank you for reviewing!

Oh, this is so cute. I love it. Poor Sam, he knows right enough what is real. Pippin is Pippin, he really should start thinking before saying anything Author Reply: Thank you! I am very glad that you enjoyed it. Sam's always right isn't he? All that good hobbit sense that he has, how can he be wrong? Thank you for reviewing!

That was really cute! You write the hobbit chatter so well! I loved how they were all trying to set Sam at ease, besided Pippin anyway ;) Thanks for the laugh! Author Reply: You are very welcome! I'm glad you enjoyed this and thanks so much for stopping by and reviewing!

Oh, I remember this one! I love it! Poor Pippin means well, but he apparently has a healthy appetite for "furry foot". :-P Really enjoyed Sam's point of view. Excellent tale! Well, gotta run off to work again... Author Reply: Thanks for reading again and reviewing again! I do think Pippin had a gift for putting his foot into his mouth at times and I did have fun writing this from Sam's POV. I am starting to get comfortable with Sam now. Don't work too hard but make lots of money!

Ah, yes, I remember reading this (on LJ, was it?) Pippin, Pippin... not the soul of tact at this point in your life, are you? *g* (good chuckle. I needed one today.) Author Reply: I posted it on LJ after Shirebound posted a photo of Sam in one of the Elvin boats and posed the questions about what he might be thinking. Pippin wasn't exactly tactful, was he? hehehe Glad it made you chuckle! Thank you for the reviews!

Very nice to see Frodo in a good mood and enjoying himself! A nice treat for us and Sam. And that disclaimer was a hoot - especially the last bit of dialogue. The professor should have had more of a disclaimer himself. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: Thank you. I do like a happy Frodo. Until recently I avoided writing much Quest because I don't like writing Frodo all sad and under the influence of the Ring. (That and the fact I tend to twist the canon in knots at times.) Glad you enjoyed the prologue! Thanks for the review.

Love those Hobbits! Merry and Pippin are a scream. Frodo and Sam are...well, what can I say? They look out for each other so well that it is no wonder that they are gwaydor (sp?). Love, Neilia Author Reply: Thank you! I like writing Merry and Pippin and so I am very glad you enjoyed them. And there was no finer friendship than Frodo's with Sam. As to the spelling, I am the wrong person to ask on that. If it weren't for the spell check I'd not be allow to post here or anywhere else. Take care and do come back!

I love that expression of Sam's as he sits in the boat - he really doesn't look happy. Love Pippin guilelessly putting his foot in it - I think he only opens his mouth so often to change feet! Poor Boromir, he must wonder what he has let himself in for! And sneaky Aragorn, delegating the 'hobbit-sitting' task to Boromir while he took the two sensible hobbits! Author Reply: It must have taken all of the courage that Sam had to get in that boat. It proves how very devoted he was to Frodo. Pippin does have a way of putting the wrong foot forward, doesn't he? That talent of delegating authority is why Aragorn made such a wonderful King!
