I've been reading through this again, and am reminded of how much I really liked this one. And then I come across 'Don't get your foot hair in a frazzle.' :-P Nice.... Author Reply: Thank you so much for re-reading! That line is actually my favorite in the whole story. *beams*

awww nice hobbity dialogue at the end. I love the sight of Frodo hopping on one leg to see if Sam is all right. :D “He's had a bit of medicine, and there can be minor… side effects.” hahaha-- Quite a giggly Sam we had there, didn't we? :) I like the part where Frodo says that he wants to be there for Sam and to take care of him after all that Sam's done for him. :) I always love Sam being appreciated. And i liked Lindir mentioning how dull it was before hobbits came to Rivendell~ he got that right! :D Author Reply: (continuing from my last comment to you)... And Frodo having a chance to take care of Sam was the other theme! I thought Frodo would really enjoy a chance to do that. Giggly, tipsy hobbits. *happy sigh*

What a wonderful chapter, shirebound. I just read the story up to this today. You always do such a wonderful job of drawing us readers in and holding our intrest. I am dying to know what happens to Lord Elrond and how Aragorn assists him. Can't wait for your next chapter. Author Reply: Oh my, thank you. What lovely compliments! And I'm working on chapter 13 this very minute. It's ALL about Lord Elrond and how Aragorn assists him, what fun. :)

Stew and Arwen, what more could a ranger want. Well maybe hobbits to stay in one place and not wander arround while they are not well. Love to have tea with Bilbo. Author Reply: A Ranger's work is never done. :)

I love giggly Sam! What a relief it must be for all of them to know that all of the others are safe! Author Reply: Thank you. Dear Sam! I'm sure it's a great relief to them (and to me, as well!). :)

What a delightful chapter! So full of hobbity cheer and humor! I loved drugged!Sam. And Frodo's escape from Pippin! Good idea to put those two together. Pippin was very grown up here, looking after his cousins and fetching them food. So glad that everyone is on the mend, and that party in the dining hall sounds quite entertaining! Now, to get Elrond back on the track to good health... Author Reply: Oh gosh, I had such fun writing drugged!Sam. It was a joy to finally reach this hobbity chapter. I'm so happy you enjoyed it! *bounces*

Oh, I loved Sam in this! Great chapter. Now, I do hope Elrond is all right. But Sam, hehehe Author Reply: *grins* Thank you! You can imagine how eager I've been to get this far into the story. Tipsy hobbits always make me happy.

*happy sigh* Stubborn Frodo made me laugh - I will not,” Frodo declared. “I’m perfectly capable of hopping back to my room.” *giggles* I adore tipsy hobbits! Sedated Sam was hilarious and I loved Lindir's patience and Merry and Pippin's banter and Arwen's gentle waking of her beloved and.................. Lovely! Author Reply: Thank you! You give me happy grins. :) :)

“Don't get your foothair in a frazzle, Mr. Pippin,” Sam declared, causing Merry to snort with suppressed laughter. LOL! And love the trimphant announcement of being dizzier too. Reminds me a little when my sister and I were sick and we had even a little competition as to who had the higher fever. :) Love that Frodo overexerted himself just to see if his Sam was all right. Now they really relax and take care of each other being in the same bed, the best place for both of them. Love all the ccccc in this chapter and the reading between the lines by the Elf of Sam's 'stout' response. And Arwen's cautious approach to her beloved. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: Glad you enjoyed this bit o' Sam silliness! And yay for the ccccc, my very favoritest part of any story. :)
