I'm so glad to see another chapter posted. I've missed reading about Haleth's adventure. Hopefully we will soon find out why the Valar summond her. Author Reply: Thank-you, Tari. We'll find out soon, but not quite yet. Haleth

This isn't a site I hang around much, but I've just found this story and been blown away. Then I've gone back, found your other writings, read them in order, and come back to this one again. Thoughtfully written, beautifully characterised, humour and angst balanced, and only the odd little grammatical nit-pick to pull out. Thank you so much for sharing it with us, and I'm greatly looking foward to learning more about Haleth/Silmarien's background and why she is so much out of time! And what's Inglor been up to when he left her at Elrond's...? Author Reply: Thank-you, Freyalyn. I'm very happy that you enjoy the stories and grateful that you took the time to review. Inglor will be back within the next few chapters. Thank-you again for reviewing.

What an excellent New Year gift - thank you. I was just thinking how good it would be to have another chapter of Haleth's story before I had to go back to work - and within a couple of hours here one is! If she could only remember Inglor she might think that he was a good deal easier to travel with than Eonwe... I do hope she makes it to the top before she passes out on him - goodness knows how he'd cope with that! Author Reply: Happy New Year, Curiouswombat. I apologize for the delay between chapters. Like many people, I was swamped by Christmas preparations. Hopefully they updates will come a bit more regularly from now on. I can't promise that just yet because the next section needs a LOT of work/rewriting. On some level she probably does remember Inglor and that's why she hasn't threatened to do grievous bodily harm to Eonwe. The odd conversations are familiar enough that she can participate in them without being completely flummoxed. Thank-you for reviewing. Haleth
