Dear Haleth, can't wait for the next chapter.I hope She dosen't keep ingoring Inglor for to long, knowing those two any thing can happen.Maybe Valinor should batten down the hatches as I feel a storm brewing between our two heros.Until next time, lots of love Galathil. Author Reply: Thank-you, galathil. Inglor might have a thing or two to say about Haleth ignoring him. Not that he'd tell her directly. It's difficult to imagine either of them finding trouble in the Blessed Lands, but they both seem to be talented at it.

Thanks for updating. I recently found your stories and am really enjoying them. You do a good job of trying to make the elves seem to have a different worldview, rather then the "humans with pointy ears" that a lot of authors go with. Keep it up! Author Reply: Thank-you, Shieara. I try to depict elvish culture being different from mortal culture, although I can't really imagine what the worldview of a 6000 year old being would be.

Now this is getting interesting... At least Haleth has met someone who has half an idea what she needs and what she is thinking, and the picnic sounds fun. But seeing Meneltarma - will she steal another boat now? Thank you for updating - once again, I can't wait. And the peep into Inglor's mind was fun. Author Reply: Thank-you, Freyalyn. I get the impression Ecthelion misses his mortal friend Tuor, or at lteast that he'd like someone who would appreciate his stories from Middle-earth. He's found a good audience in Haleth. It's probably good (although really odd) for her to meet someone who can demystify her ancestor for her.

Hey well at least her thoughts still stray to Inglor , poor elf. How could she forget she loves him? If I were him I would be more than a little frustrated too . I can hardly wait for more! Author Reply: Thank-you, Aelfwine. Haleth still thinks of Inglor. After all, he's to blame for her current circumstances. But her thoughts and memories are a jumbled mess and she's spending a lot of time trying to figure out what's true and what isn't. She's more of a mess than usual.

A lovely interlude with Ecthelion and Haleth. I wonder how much Ecthelion misses the imperfections of Middle-earth. Haleth is a breath of fresh air, if only all of them, including Haleth, realized it and rejoiced in it. I hope Haleth stages a rebellion and shakes up Eldamar a bit. Maybe the Valar are hoping, too? *sly grin* Author Reply: I hadn't actually thought about that until you mentioned it, Fiondil. It's a very good point, though. Haleth can't help but be rebellious, even when she doesn't really mean to be. Well, ok, she usually does, but the law of unintended consequences is something she doesn't fully appreciate...yet. Thank-you for the review.
