| What a sweet idea, that Aragorn had a foresight about Sam's marriage! Which seems only too possible. And I am also sure that the brydlop song is about as earworm-y as "Apple Pies", and if Aragorn learns it, he may regret it. It may also make him VERY glad he's keeping his own wedding plans secret. I can imagine Merry and Pippin wanting to sing it at him and Arwen. Though I am uncertain as to whether Frodo would disapprove, or join in the plan... Author Reply: Aragorn may learn it, but he also would like to know what exactly he just enabled. And Merry and Pippin may still sing it at both of them! Depending on what time of day A&A married, they'd have a good bit of time to come up with something at the last minute. (I checked, and Arwen arrives the day before they actually get married.) | |
