poor ellon :( , to stay there while no one even acknowledged his existence, it tore my heart when he looked wistfully to the food, wants to taste it or even feel it but can't :'( , rather reminds me of (Pirates of the Caribbean) when the pirates were mere ghosts. when his body was moved, did his soul finally find rest in mandos? Author Reply: Hi Amony. Aragorn will never know for sure but he hoped that his actions helped the Elf find rest in Mandos and we're hopeful, too. Thanks for reading and reviewing.

Hi Atto, I'm really not feeling very well right now, but I wanted to leave a review to this as I've been absolutely horrid with reviews for a while. I'm sorry about that. :( Anyway I liked Aragorn very much here, and how he dealt with Celebrindor. I'd wondered if Celebrimbor had any sons...Celebrindor...have I heard that name before somewhere in your works? It sounded familiar. (I really wish Aragorn could be here to heal me at the moment, I feel like death warmed over. *grimaces* And we're supposed to go to my sister's tomorrow for Thanksgiving? Erm, I don't know I can make it...) Well, I just wanted to thank you again for posting EA2 and for this story, and hope that an EA3 will be on the way. Much love to you, and Eru's blessings. Have a wonderful Eruhantale. Tye-melin, Kaylee Author Reply: Hi Kaylee. I'm sorry to hear you are not feeling well and hope you feel better real soon. Thank you for letting me know how much you enjoyed this tale. Celebrindor is not a character in any of my other stories; I borrowed the name from Appendix A as I wanted a name that was similar to Celebrimbor's. Anyway, Eru's blessings to you, too, and have a happy Eurhantalë if you can. Tye-melin.

I am so impressed with this beautiful, but sad tale. It was truly a blessing that Aragorn was able to release the poor elf's fea and send him to Mandos for healing. Author Reply: Thank you, Tari. I appreciate you letting me know how much you enjoyed this tale.

A very enjoyable ghost story - and one with what one can call a happy ending. Aragorn did after all manage to free poor Celebrindor of the curse Sauron had put on him. It makes me wonder if any of the other ring-makers suffered a similar kind of fate Author Reply: Hi Sunny. Now that you've mentioned it, it does make you wonder what Sauron might have done with the other ring-makers, especially after he killed Celebrimbor. Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed this story and I appreciate you letting me know. Thanks.

So you did write before the Holidays, and a wonderful tale. What a terrible fate for the poor elf. Happy that Aragorn was able to help him. Happy Thnaksgiving again Fiondil! and thank you Author Reply: I'm glad you enjoyed this, Fantasia. Thanks for letting me know and Happy Thanksgiving again to you.

I rejoice that Aragorn was able to bring to naught the curse Sauron laid on the poor Elf so long ago. The Heir of Isildur helping to turn away some of Sauron's evil even before the final battles against Mordor's forces! Well done, Fiondil. Author Reply: Perhaps this was a dress-rehearsal for that battle. *grin* Thanks for letting me know how much you enjoyed this tale, Larner. I appreciate it.

What a delightfully shivery, yet touching, tale. I like to think that it was indeed Celebrindor giving Aragorn a soft farewell touch on his way to finally answering Mandos' call. And it seems that Aragorn was able to have a "practice run" at releasing lost spirits from their curse! Well deserving of its 1st place finish at Teitho. Author Reply: I like to think so as well, Cairistiona, simply because I'm a sucker for happy endings. I'm glad you enjoyed this. Thanks for taking the time to let me know. I appreciate it very much.

what a sad and creepy tale, Fiondil. Poor Celebrindor knowing now what happened to his father. I´m so glad Aragorn found a way to help him. I only hope Lord Namo will renew his call and will finally take this long lost child home. Liked this tale very much and first place on Teitho was really deserved. Thank you for a wonderful evening read. Lai Author Reply: Hi Lai. It is sad and creepy but also hopeful. I have no doubt that Námo renewed his call and Celebrindor went willingly to him. I'm glad you enjoyed this. Thanks. for letting me know. I appreciate it very much.
