So, how long was Maglor out? No idea how long it takes for elves to heal a broken arm. These nightmares sound nightmarish. I'm so glad that Maglor is on the mend. It seems they have some romance between them. With a long winter ahead of them that can be trying... No way to go and lose yourself gathering wood. Wait they have no trees. So, what are they burning? Author Reply: Long enough, obsidianj. Probably close to a week, I would imagine. And they burn dry dung which they collect from the goats and deer. As for the romance blooming, we'll have to wait and see how that goes. Thanks for reviewing. It's much appreciated.

Could there be more than one romance in the making? I would love to see something nice like that happen to Maglor. Glóredhel would be a good match for hime. [ Author Reply: I think Glóredhel is a good match for Maglor, too, Tari. We'll have to see how things progres between them. Maglor does deserve happiness. Thanks for leaving a review. It's much appreciated.

ooooh~ young love~ (well for relative values of "young" I guess). Poor Maglor, he can't escape even in his dreams it seems, but I'm glad he's getting better! Author Reply: Love is always young, bookworm, no matter how old the recipients. We will see how the dreams impact Maglor and the others in the next chapter. Thanks for reviewing. It's appreciated.

Finally it looks like romance is starting to bloom between Maglor and Gloredhel. I hope they fall in love and marry; I am sure Maglor will need lots of support when they get to Valinor and he has to face his family's victims - including the ones they didn't actually kill. At least there is now the Harthadrim who accept him as one of their own, but it would still be good for him if he has someone's love when he does undergo that kind of trial. If it drew them closer to each other I am almost glad that he was injured in the fight with the cat creatures, but I am thankful that he is now much better, and well enough to laugh and enjoy a joke with Gloredhel. Things are looking up :) Author Reply: Hi Celeth. Things are looking up, indeed, though there is still a long road ahead of them all and who can say where it will lead any of them? We'll see how the relationship between Maglor and Glóredhel develops as the story progresses. If nothing else, Maglor knows that he has a family with the Harthadrim and that is more than he had before. Thanks for leaving a comment. It's much appreciated.

Maglor and Glóredhel sitting in a tree K i s s i n g First come... "OW" I just got bapped in the back of the head by Glóredhel. And it hurt too! Darn it. *rubs back of head and glances over at Maglor* "Um, joking?" Jeesh get attacked by some skanking cats and lose your sense of humor. Glad he is feeling better tho Author Reply: And no wonder, there not being any trees for them to be k-i-s-s-i-n-g in yet. LOL! And yes, it is nice to see him feeling better. Thanks for reviewing, Laer. It's appreciated greatly.

Those cats pack quite a punch. I think Denethor is right that the Silmaril may not have finished with Maglor - but I can see something satisfyingly complete about his returning to The West with it. And I have wondered over the past few chapters about the relationship developing between him and Glóredhel - it is nice to see it progressing as it is. Author Reply: Hi curiouswombat. Yes, those cats certainly are lethal. And Denethor is very wise, as we will see. And we will see soon what Maglor decides to do with the Silmaril. I'm glad you approve of the relationship developing between Maglor and Glóredhel. If anyone deserves some happiness it's Maglor. Thanks for reviewing. It's very much appreciated.

Home at last, but poor Maglor is still suffering, he is getting better though. He does not seem to be able to get away from the Demon Cats, they and the Silmarill still invade his dreams. Loved the image of the cats playing with the Silmarill. Mine is wrecking havoc on the Gopher population at the moment the latest count is 11. Hm, is a romance budding between Gloredhel and Maglor, being where they are is going to make it hard for Maglor to take her home to meet Nana! Huggs, Lynda Author Reply: Hi Lynda. The dreams will prove important as we will see shortly. As for any romance budding, that also remains to be seen, but it does seem as if romance is in the air and not just between Maglor and GLóredhel. Thanks for leaving a reivew. It's greatly appreciated. Hugs.

Love is in the air, good. I enjoyed this chapter, poor Maglor, but not too poor... They made such a fuss about privacy, and when they are disabled with he fever they will need all the help they can get. My mother in law and one of my sister in law are nurses, you have to see them when we are really sick or in the hospital, they are so forceful annoying, they won't let you do nothing by yourself. Author Reply: Indeed it is, Fantasia. And don't tell me about nurses and hospitals. I've had my fair share of having to put up with them in my day. *grin* I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter. Thanks for letting me know. I really appreciate it.

"Depends on which spring," ... "the lady never specified which Midsummer," ... I see what you did there. Naughty Elves. Author Reply: Naughty Elves, indeed, Angwen. We'll see how things go. Thanks for your review. I appreciate it.

Glóredhel and Maglor, sittin' in a tree, k-i-s-...wait, there aren't any trees. >.> Glóredhel and Maglor, sittin' in a...tower? Nah. Glóredhel and Maglor, hammering in a forge? Oh, whatever, they're cute together. XD Thanks for the update and have a spectacular week! -Kevana PS: Today I had the thought of your EA-'verse Finrod discovering a copy of Twilight and it made me cackle with horrified laughter for a good five minutes. Author Reply: Hi Kevana. Well, as soon as there are any trees around the rhyme will be appropriate to chant. *grin* And they are cute together, aren't they? And Finrod reading Twilight boggles the mind. I can see why you laughed at the thought. Have a spectacular week yourself and thanks for commenting. It's always appreciated.
