I look forward to Haleth handing Glorfindle and Ecthilion Idril and saying Here , guard her! Lmao! Can hardly wait for more. Thanks for the new chapter. Author Reply: Hello Aelfwine Yes, that's probably exactly what she'll do. I can't imagine them trying to steal Idril's bath! Thank-you for the review. Haleth

I must say that Haleth demonstrated uncharacteristic restraint towards Idril! It certainly can't be fun being 'second born' amongst such a... hmm... not sure of the right word to use... 'first born' children of Eru! Another wonderful chapter, Haleth! I eagerly await the next - can't imagine the interesting antics and adventures you'll put this little group through! :-) Hmm... I wonder whatever happened to Haleth's 'two protectors'?... Author Reply: Hello Endorearwen I guess it's hard to get angry when you're that thirsty; being angry takes a lot of energy. Ecthelion and Glorfindel are bound to show up eventually. I can see Haleth pushing Idril at them, yelling 'here! protect her!' and running away. Thank-you for the review. Haleth

Idril sounds like my mom, you don't want to refuse her demands. Yet she does it in a friendly manner. Hope they make it safely and quickly. Update soon. Author Reply: Hello Imamc, It sounds like your mom is a good leader. People will do what she says, but she doesn't make them feel inferior or threatened when she asks. Thank-you for the review. Hmm... interesting bit of dynamics there between the three. I feel sorriest for Haleth, caught between two Elves and unable to compete against either. Hope they make it to Tol Eressëa soon, though, and are able to rescue Turin and Voronwë. And surely the Valar, especially Ulmo, are quite aware of what's going on? Author Reply: Hello Fiondil There's no doubt that the Valar are aware of what they're doing. They just don't seem inclined to do anything about it. And while they're not directly helping, at least they're not directly hindering, either. Physically, Haleth is weakest person by far and she knows it. She has other strengths, though, even if she's not aware of them or doesn't value them. Thank-you for the review.
