Oh my, what a treat. I really do believe that Bilbo returned with knowledge and ideas few hobbits ever had before. Author Reply: Sometimes travel is indeed broadening, and particularly for one who loves to cook new, scrumptious dishes!

I am properly swooning! Author Reply: I should hope so. Finding foods for some letters has proved--interesting! Heh!

Oh, that does sound good! Do you have an actual recipe for it on hand? :) Kaylee Author Reply: I don't have a recipe myself, but here is a link to one on AllRecipes.com: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/norwegian-krumkake/ Google apparently sells a variety of the irons. A friend whose family was Norwegian made it for our class when we had to do a demonstration in class. We all fell in love with them. My krumkake iron went missing some years ago along with the recipe I had, unfortunately, so will be looking to buy a new one when I can.
