| Hobbits really are amazing creatures. :) And Gandalf should know, being a connoisseur of them and still getting surprised. No wonder he liked hanging out with them. :) Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: Yes, i really think Gandalf thought the best of them so therefore paid attention to their corner of Middle-earth more so than another other non-Hobbit. | And when we remember that he was a friend also to Gerontius, we must realize just how many extraordinary Hobbits Gandalf knew during his life as a Wizard within Middle Earth! And bless GW for inspiring you. She, too, is extraordinary! Author Reply: Gandalf has always known strong hobbits. No wonder Gandalf trusts in them and their courage.
