| How little things have changed - the British guards still stand so still and silent at their posts - Pippin would like these and definitely relate to them. :) I like his spin on things. And we have our own standing guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier - I have such respect for these guys. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: I know. Have stood by the Guards at Buckingham Palace and thought on Milne's poem about Christopher Robin going down with Alice! Those on guard have little thanks too often for the service they render. | |
